I was also a victim of this last year
I made a P2P transaction of $100 on @Bybit_Official last year, few weeks later, I was sent a mail by kuda bank that a lien was placed on my account and I should send proof of money which i did.
Kuda and I exchanged a few emails, and I sent the proof of the p2p transaction, which was clear in the mails I sent to them.
@joinkuda told me the proof I sent was not enough, and I need a police report and Avidavit from a court.
I did everything I could to get the police report and court order, but Kuda bank still told me that it wasn’t enough, and I have to meet them in court and get a lawyer due to the p2p transaction of $100.
It’s over a year now and my money is still locked in kuda. My kuda account is useless, I can’t receive or send money.
The experience has made me despise bybit’s P2P feature, I would never use their P2P services again.
My brother changed coin on Bybit, or whatever you guys usually do, and OPay locked the ₦300,000 he received. He went to their office yesterday, and they told him the money was fraudulent. Apparently, the total amount involved is ₦4 billion, scattered across 21 banks. So it’s either he gives them permission to refund the money to the person who was scammed, or he goes to court.
So basically, his ₦300k is just gone like that? Kuda has done this to me before, and I made sure I got my money back. I spent three weeks tracking that money until they finally unlocked my account. 😭

Finally Got access to Bybit account after 10 days.
The Hacker who accessed the bybit realized he could not withdraw money so he
decided to create Bybit Card , and tried to buy gift card and withdraw which failed.
The fraudster then decided to use Bybit Pay to withdraw money.. which i dont know how but he was successful
Hopefully Bybit support helps in tracking the guy

I CTO’d $KERMIT / $DIS for one simple reason, i think people are sleeping on how obvious this pair actually is.
