I have made this same point in blog posts and client letters by saying that no one's financial plan gets hurt when everything goes right.
.@RyanSerhant told me the wealthiest people talk like optimists and prepare like pessimists. "They’re always thinking about what could go wrong internally while planning publicly where everything’s going to go right." It’s a healthy fear. They’re “always preparing for what could go wrong so that in the moment that something goes wrong, they can be opportunistic.” They don’t just prepare to survive the worst. They prepare to profit from it.

Martin Scorsese subtly used the letter “X” to foreshadow which characters would eventually die in The Departed (2006).
20 years ago, Martin Scorsese's The Departed (2006) was released on this day in the United States. Martin Scorsese won his first and only Oscar for the best director for this film.

I do a full workout 2x/wk 45-55 minutes. Jump rope almost everyday, maybe a third mini workout of 2 or 3 exercises w/jump rope. You have time.
"To halt this demise, weekly: > heavy lifting 4 hr > zone 2, 3 hr > HIIT 45 min" Way too much exercise. A harmful amount for most people IMO.
