Here's a really cool idea for a Saturday morning if you live in Joburg, especially now that it's getting warmer. Make your way to Taroko Trail Park located inside of the Modderfontein Reserve for a 5km or 11km walk. When you're done, finish off at the Fourways Farmers Market. The owners have done an incredible job at adding little touches and the place gets better every time. I generally do the longer walk because I love being out in nature and the added bonus is, I've built up a proper appetite for the market. My hope is that these pictures will inspire you to act Like a Tourist in your own country. There's so much to do. All it takes is getting off the couch with a sense of adventure. You will be astounded by the beauty on this walk. There's also the option to ride your bike, have a picnic, or even do some fishing. PS.
