Although I've lodged repeated complaints to STOP sending promotional vulger SMS, neither @VodafoneIN nor @DoT_India / @TRAI is taking any action. Today 1 more SMS received. Yes I'm registered in DND, yes Voda has already marked these SMS as non promotional in nature. Disgusting!!

@DoT_India @TRAI Registered complaint against 4 unsolicited call/SMS on 25th via DND 2.0 app. @VodafoneIN have not taken ANY action against those numbers (including1 vulgar telemarketing SMS) but says "action taken". App shows no update! What to do?

@DoT_India @TRAI UCC Cmplnt nos. sent by @VodafoneIN: 532963438, 532967846, 532967908, 533041688, 533041796. Attached screenshots proves that they have ignored my complaints. Spoke to their support. Supervisor Mr. Tarok says they can't do anything. Report to TRAI. Pls help!
