I got my brain scanned today with an MRI. The good news...I have medical PROOF that I do indeed have a brain and it is not full of 💩! Contrary to popular belief growing up. As to the prospect of tumors being back, we'll know next week. Fingers crossed. 🤞

I have caught myself crying a few times today. I'm normally not a very emotional person. However, proving the original doctors wrong that I'd "be dead by Christmas" has really been emotional. @ThanksCancer

Well, my friends... I made it to my expiration date. And plan on continuing to do so in 2023. Thank you so much for the support since my cancer diagnosis in June (it was a hell of a birthday present). The support I've received both in person and on Twitter is what keeps me here.

My wife and I got our covid booster shots tonight. Planning on watching Christmas movies this weekend. ☺️

Here's a thought: How about having the members of SCOTUS do a vetting review prior to going to Congress for their review? Of course, I realize it's skewed now, but in general theory?

Here's a Dad pet peeve: I call my daughter on the phone... no answer. I follow up with a text and the phone shows me she reads it and then she immediately replies. Argh! 🤬😡

Re: wearing a mask: I had an older woman come up 2 me w a tone in her voice. "Why in the world RU still wearing a mask?" I told her about my cancer. She changed tones & apologized. I said, "Forget ur pity. Just have courtesy of others. You never know what people are going thru"

My wife of 31 years asked me what I thought of her new makeup. I told her not to ask me. She said, "Why does it look bad?" I told her no, that I still see her as the 16 year old girl I fell in love with. "I see you with my heart, not my eyes".

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone. I can say that I have a LOT to give thanks for this year. Still being alive is first. Getting the support from my friends and family is a very close second.

Speaking to my oncology pulmonologist he looked at my CT scan from June (when my cancer was diagnosed) to my most recent 2 weeks ago and his comment? "Remarkable. Unbelievable progress." Now THIS is how I want to head into the holidays! 🤣

I'm wiped out this morning. My wife and I walked around our block on Saturday, decorated the house for Christmas and went food shopping yesterday. I know it doesn't sound like much, but for me, that was like running a marathon! 😁 #CancerSucks
