One of the main misapplications of Agile is jumping to the implementation part of the old SDLC ("waterfall") and breaking it into iterations, rather than condensing the whole SDLC into short iterative cycles.

The more I struggle to understand the material on the SAFe website, the more the phrase “baffle them with bullshit” comes to mind. This “framework” seems to be an excuse to include passing mentions of every Agile idea they’ve heard of, including contradictory ones.
