Having a chief minister (a female one at that) telling all women to stay indoors so they don't get raped is so dystopian, I can't believe these are the things we need to protest against now! But protest, we will. And bring the change that is needed.

On polling night in Andhra, between 11:45 pm and 3:00 am, more than 17 lakh votes were recorded across 3,500 booths.
That is 491 extra voters per booth after official close.
One vote every 20 seconds.
In booths where two votes had to be cast.
On machines that do not reset in 6 seconds.
Either Andhra invented a new species of midnight voter - or someone invented a new way to count them.

The decisions concerning the Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls are taken collectively and in strict adherence to established institutional protocols.
Attempts to undermine global confidence in India’s democratic framework or electoral processes for short-term political gains are deeply unfortunate.
Electoral outcomes reflect the people’s mandate. In a robust democracy, leadership also means accepting both victories and defeats with grace and humility.
Respect for our constitutional institutions is paramount. It is the collective responsibility of leaders across party lines to uphold public confidence in India’s democratic process.

Here National Secretary of BJP @blsanthosh forgot to highlight that Delhi CM @gupta_rekha's name was also mentioned in the SIR Notice with the same reason - 'Parents age difference less than 15 yrs'. Soon after we highlighted this, EC immediately put out a tweet saying, the issue was taken care of.
What about 1.6 Lakh other voters who received Notices with the same reason?
Also, Didn't you @blsanthosh receive a notice this time saying you were Unmapped in last SIR? Didn't you vote in 2024 & 2025?

Arnab's grandfather was Communist Leader and hardcore Marxist Leftist Gaurisankar Bhattacharyya. His Uncle Siddharth Bhattacharya was the BJP Assam President and MLA who brought Himanta into BJP from Congress. His dad, Manoranjan Goswami was the BJP candidate from Guwahati in Lok Sabha in 1998.
For a family entrenched in dynastic politics in Assam. Whose inception into NDTV and The Telegraph as Journalist was due to his grandfather's communist connections. A person who calls Maoist Leftist ideology as his core belief so much so that he named his only son as "Che Goswami"
It is a bit hypocritical coming from Arnab, the opposite of what he truly is.
His maternal family are my next door neighbours in Guwahati and they all laugh watching Arnab rant everyday on TV like the rest of India.

Commodore Lokesh Batra a 1971 Veteran War Hero, wanted to be present at Jantar Mantar to protest against Gyanesh Kumar Gupta, but isn’t being allowed to enter the vicinity by Amit Shah’s forces.
Mr Lokesh Batra was also one of those instrumental in exposing the Electoral Bonds Scam.
He demands the dismissal of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar for being the architect of Vote Chori & the SIR Scam.
