Your brain cannot tell the difference between a disaster that is happening and one you are only rehearsing. That’s why worst-case-scenario thinking isn’t “just being prepared.” It is building a brain that learns how to stay afraid. Neuroplasticity means you don’t live with the brain you were born with. You live with the brain you keep building. Spend enough time in the spiral and your amygdala stays online while your frontal lobes, the part that actually solves problems, go quiet. Cortisol rises. Sleep drops. The thing you’re trying to avoid becomes more likely, not less. Two thousand years ago Paul already knew the move: don’t be anxious about anything, but in everything, with prayer and thanksgiving, present your requests to God (Philippians 4:6-7). Anxiety and gratitude turn opposite directions on the same volume knob. One goes up, the other goes down. Next time the “what if this ends in disaster” thought shows up, try the other question: “What if it works out?” Hit that follow button and we'll work together every day to connect neuroscience and scripture to help you thrive. Save this for your next worst-case monent. Share it with someone whose brain is stuck in disaster mode. 🇺🇸 Trump is BLAMING former North Carolina Governor Roy Cooper for the RELEASE of Decarlos Brown Jr. the man accused of killing Ukrainian refugee Iryna Zarutska on a Charlotte train He also claims Cooper released 83 other convicted murderers during the pandemic who subsequently killed 25 people. HOW did a man with a lengthy criminal history end up back on the streets before a young woman lost her life? Iryna came to America seeking safety. She deserved to find it. Writer: Oliver

On a beach in West Africa the fishermen now haul in more clothes than fish, and the clothes have your charity shop's label on them. The beach is in Accra, the capital of Ghana. A mile inland is Kantamanto, the biggest second-hand clothes market on earth. Every week about 15 million garments arrive there in bales, from Britain, Canada, China and America. Most of what you drop in a clothing bank ends up on its way to a place like this. The locals have a name for the trade. Obroni Wawu. It means dead white man's clothes, because nobody could imagine a living person giving away so much. The traders open the bales and sort them. 40 years ago nearly everything sold. Now about 40% of every bale is rubbish before it leaves the market, because the garments were built to be worn 5 times. That is 6 million pieces of clothing a week with nowhere to go. The city collects what it can. The rest goes into the gutters, the lagoon and the sea. Then it comes back. The waves roll the clothes together into ropes of knotted polyester as long as a boat, and the beach monitors who count them have a word for those too. Tentacles. They logged 2,344 of them along 4 miles of shore in one year. Fishermen's nets come up full of trousers. Propellers foul on them. Men have had their canoes capsized by somebody's old leggings. A fishing community cannot fish, because of what the rest of the world was too virtuous to throw in its own bin. When those clothes were wool and cotton they would have rotted on that beach in a season. Instead they are becoming the coastline.

"Most impressive of all is Ivermectin Cream will completely clear skin Cancers...Basal Cell Carcinoma, Squamous Cell Carcinoma & Melanoma will heal & fall off." Read that again. Heal and fall off. Not shrink. Not just stop growing. Fall off. If you think that sounds like an internet fairytale, look at the recent data coming out of clinical trials for topical treatments. A bombshell study found that applying Vitamin C mixed with DMSO (a carrier that pulls compounds into the skin) eliminated 86.7% of basal cell skin cancers in just 8 weeks. A second study found it wiped out 56% of squamous cell carcinomas in 12 weeks, shrinking the rest by over 85%. In total, 94% of those patients skipped surgery entirely. If a basic vitamin can do that when it’s properly delivered into the tissue, is it really so hard to believe what people are reporting with Ivermectin? People are watching these lesions dry up, form a dark crust, and physically detach from the skin leaving healthy tissue underneath. They are doing this in their bathrooms. With a $25 tube. While their dermatologists are telling them the only option is surgery. The medical establishment calls it "horse paste." They refuse to study it. They tell you it doesn't work. But when 94% of people in a clinical trial can avoid the scalpel with a simple topical application, the science is practically screaming at us. It's not magic. It's just getting the right compound into the right tissue. The only thing missing is the permission slip from the people who profit off the surgery.
A BOMBSHELL study found 86.7% of basal cell skin cancers were ELIMINATED after just 8 weeks of topical vitamin C in DMSO. A SECOND study found it ELIMINATED 56% of squamous cell skin cancers in 12 weeks, and SHRANK the rest by >85%. 94% of patients were able to SKIP SURGERY.

I LOOK FOR HIM AND WONDER IF ANY OF YOU KNEW HIM "To all that helped get my brother James Donald Gibson home and for having a special service for him 07/27/69. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. He was in the Army Company D, I think. I have his papers and every letter he wrote me and my parents in my attic. I also have his bag the Army sent home. It's never been opened. The last letter I got from my brother he said he was being called out and would finish the letter when he got back. He never did. I can almost tell you word for word he wrote. I was the oldest of the three girls left at home. When we would get a letter and after we had dinner, we would sit around as my mom and dad read it at one time. I look for him on every post that is put on here. I wonder if any of you knew him. He was my only brother. I still miss today. My husband was a Marine and was also in Vietnam and was over there when my brother was killed. He never acted the same. I look back on my husband and I should have seen something. He tried to commit suicide twice and had himself committed. The doctors told me that it was better for him to commit himself than me. He promised he'd never do that again. But he killed himself on Christmas Day 2013. My son and I found him hanging. The VA has been good to me. So many need help and their families have no idea. Tomorrow is never promised but it's so hard going on without him. I had been with him since I was 16 and we were married for 43 years. I will be okay because of my son and daughter and my grandkids. We have a lot of love in my little family and we will survive this someday." - Kathy Gaskins #VietnamVeterans #suicideprevention Suicide Prevention hotline: 800-273-8255

Billionaires are not vaccinating their own children. People who have less money than that should stop and think about the high costs of supporting a special needs child & adult for life, before subjecting them to the atrocity of injected neurotoxins.
“I have several billionaires in my practice. Not a single one of them has ever vaccinated their kids.” - Pediatrician, Dr. Brian Thornburg

‼️ A 7-year-old boy watched his dad süff£r a dev@stating bra!n 1njury after a vehicle strüçk them while they were riding an electric bike. His father had shielded him from the impact, but now the little boy couldn’t wake him up. So Jax ran from door to door, desperately trying to find someone who would help his dad. I can’t imagine how fr!ghtened that child must have been. His father, Alex Mimms, is a U.S. airman stationed in Clovis, New Mexico. The two were riding near their home in September when they were strüçk by a driver in what family friends describe as a possible hit-and-run. Jax survived with a concussion. Alex suffered a severe tr@umatic bra!n 1njury, bl££ding in his bra!n and a b@dly broken arm that required two plates and 12 screws. He spent weeks on a ventilator and feeding tube in a Lubbock, Texas hospital. But there’s encouraging news. Alex is now undergoing intensive bra!n 1njury rehabilitation. He’s eating regular food again, working on his speech and problem-solving skills, and recently managed 11 squats during therapy. His wife, Kristie, cried watching him. Kristie is a labor and delivery nurse who has spent her career caring for other families. Now she’s putting her own work on hold, potentially for six months, to help her husband recover. Friends from their military community have started a fundraiser to replace her lost income so she can stay by Alex’s side while their three children, Bella, Kenzie and Jax, wait for their dad to come home. I keep thinking about little Jax, running for help that night, and how much this family has already endured. We’ve been asked to olease pray for Alex’s continued recovery, for Kristie’s strength and for their children as they navigate the months ahead. What would you want to say to this little boy who found the courage to seek help for his dad, and to the father who protected him?

Got out to the squash patch late, and these crooknecks went hard and warty. Too tough for dinner, perfect for the pigs. Farmers fed hogs their late squash and pumpkins, seeds and all, to keep worms down. Nothing wasted. Who else does it?

I went to witness the riots in Paris. I’m going to tell you the truth: it was only young people from African immigrant backgrounds who came to attack our police officers and firefighters, loot our shops, and destroy everything. An elderly French couple in their 80s was robbed and left in their underwear in the street. The steeple of a 150-year-old church was completely burned down. This is not a social revolt for better education. It’s a taste of an ethnic war that took place today.

Feeling the urge?? There are only two ways that Islam has historically been defeated. Christianity and nationalism. Find a church. Talk to God. You will not regret it.
DEAR AMERICAN MAN: You might look around at what's happening around the world and feel the masculine urge to "do something." Not knowing what that "something" is produces anxiety in a man. As for TODAY, the most important thing you can do today is wake up and take your family to church. If you don't have a family, go to church and start running toward Jesus and every once in a while look around and see if there's a pretty woman running beside you at your same pace. Then ask that woman out in hopes that one day you will wake up next to her on a Sunday before you take your kids to church. There is no guarantee that we will be able to restore our society, but I am playing the long game. I just want to hand my children and grandchildren their proper societal inheritance, God-willing. So full circle: all of that starts by taking your family to church.

What if losing our Ashley from #BrainCancer was always part of the plan? What if, the very instant she was conceived, the universe quietly wrote in tiny, gentle letters: “13 years & 171 days Love her with everything you have. Hold her close. Teach her kindness. Then open your hands & let her come home to me.” I’ve asked myself a thousand times… If I had known how deep this ache was going to be, how some mornings the air would feel too heavy to breathe, would I still have said yes to loving her that much? Every single time, the answer is yes. A thousand times yes because the pain, even this pain, is nothing next to the light she gave us. The way her eyes got huge the first time she saw a butterfly & whispered, “They’re made of fairy dust, Daddy.” How she planted sunflower seeds in a cracked plastic cup & checked every morning like it was Christmas. The fierce, quiet strength in her voice (the kind that made grown-ups listen when she spoke up for someone being left out). One sentence from her could fix a bad day. One giggle could make the whole house feel safe. Her heart was so big it softened every sharp corner it touched. She gave us gifts we’ll carry forever. Love that still warms us, lessons that still guide us & yes, this sorrow too. But she was never only ours to keep. She had her own bright purpose, her own sparkle to leave on the world & believe that in her thirteen beautiful years, she did every single thing she came here to do. 🩷 Ashley 🩷 #Forever13

🙏 PRAYERS UP FOR 2-YEAR-OLD AMIR, WHO SURVIVED A T£RR!FYING FALL FROM A FOURTH-FLOOR APARTMENT WINDOW. Little Amir is f!ght!ng to recover after falling from a fourth-floor apartment window in New York City. According to his father, because of the unusually high floors beneath the apartment, the fall was equivalent to dropping from approximately six stories. 😢 Even more heartbre@king, the window reportedly had no safety guards. Despite the t£rrify!ng fall, Amir was found conscious and responsive before being rushed to the hospital. ❤️🙏 However, his 1njur!es are severe. His father says the little boy süff£red two brok£n legs, a brok£n arm, bl££ding in his bra!n, and an 1njüry to his spine. Just imagine being only 2 years old and having to endure so much p@in and such a frightening experience. At an age when he should be playing, laughing, and enjoying his childhood, Amir is now facing a d!fficu|t road to recovery. 💔 No child should ever have to go through something like this. Today, I'm asking you to join me in keeping this precious little boy in your prayers. 🙏 Pray for his bra!n to heal, for his spine to recover, and for his brok£n bones to mend. Pray that the doctors caring for him have the wisdom they need and that his family finds the strength to get through these d1ff!cult days. Amir has already survived a t£rr!fying fall. Now, we can only hope and pray for his healing and recovery. If you believe in the power of prayer, please leave a 🙏 in the comments for little Amir. Let's surround him and his family with love, hope, and encouragement. ❤️🕊️ May this little boy recover and get the chance to enjoy the beautiful childhood he deserves.
