I wish more ZK and FHE people would give their overhead as a ratio (time to compute in-cryptography vs time to compute raw), rather than just saying "we can do N ops per second"
It's more hardware-independent, and it gives a very informative number: how much efficiency am I sacrificing by making my app cryptographic instead of trust-dependent?
It's also often better for estimation because as a developer I *already know* how much time my computation takes to compute raw, so I can just multiply.
(Yes, I know this is hard because the ops required are heterogeneous between executing and proving, especially around SIMD/parallelization and memory access patterns, so even a ratio is hardware-dependent to some extent, but even still I think overhead factor is a good number despite these imperfections)

So we are witnessing the phase 2 where everyone believes Pump October is cancelled and Top is in. I have even seen people calling for a BTC crash to $80k.
This is exactly how cartels want everyone to think. After a crash like Friday, the market always comes down one more time to liquidate all those people who longed for the crash, so that’s why we saw $1.2 billion liquidations in the last 24 hrs.

Banking crisis = bullish for Bitcoin + FED might start QE sooner.
China-US trade war - already happened and next will be a bullish post from Trump saying “US-China agreed to a deal. ”
Weakness in job data - bullish for rate cuts.
- The bullish elements:
Leverage flush + crypto reset done.
2 more rate cuts in 2025.
FED about to end QT.
Q4 is historically the most bullish season.
Gold topping (money rotation to $BTC.
More wars ending.
So if you ignore the FUD and all those negative posts, you will realize that everything is actually giga bullish.
So now you decide, do you want to be patient or want to panic sell before the biggest bull run ever in history?

2017: #BTC toped out on Dec 17 and in the following month $ETH went up by 88%
2021: #BTC topped out on Apr 14 and in the following month $ETH went up by 79%
IF we are in the final stages of the cycle and $BTC has already topped, $ETH has about a month to pump 50-80% which would put us at $7-8.5k.
And pay attention to the red arrow on the #ETH chart 😉
So, I strongly disagree with your 'For ETH to go to $5k *AND* hold it as support, it means BTC needs to also go to all time highs.'

A quick update on viewcounts. We have teams and tech dedicated to ensuring that the views that show up on channels reflect actual viewership, and aren’t artificially inflated in any way. Ultimately, metrics on Twitch should represent the real and growing communities that show up and participate on channels, so we regularly update detection tools and methods.
We recently made changes that meaningfully improved our ability to identify viewbots, inauthentic viewership, and other potentially fake engagement. These changes will roll out over the next few weeks.
So, if your channel was viewbotted, or if some of your viewers are artificial or inflated, you will see an impact to your channel’s viewcount. This also means that third party sites that publish unverified Twitch viewcounts are going to see changes to that data over time.
We recognize that viewbotting can be out of the streamer’s control. In making these changes, our goal is to improve the experiences for both streamers and viewers.
