Someday a child will find a red hat in a box in the attic and ask, "Was Grandpa one?"
And the room will get very quiet.
This 100%. Can't wait for the season 2 announcement to drop. #Neagley
The crazy part about Neagley isn't that it's good; it's that it fixes the biggest flaw in the main Reacher show
Jack Reacher is a nomad who leaves everyone behind every season, which means Reacher can never have a permanent supporting cast. Neagley actually gives the universe a home base, real character growth, and deep backstory.
If Amazon doesn't renew this for Season 2, they're throwing away the best thing to happen to the franchise

fat bear week nepo baby
He got it from his mama.
Bear 89, aka Backpack, is the 2026 Fat Bear Week champ. Turns out hefty runs in the family.
His mom, Holly the Duchess of Density, won in 2019. She carried him on her back as a cub and helped him survive a serious leg injury. Now her little Backpack has a crown of his own. 👑

Sen. @amyklobuchar: We have confirmed that you were right, Mr. Smith. The Iowa Hawkeyes played Maryland on February 3, 2024. The final score was 93-85. Iowa won and Caitlin Clark scored 30 points, so it must've been a pretty good game. The game was, in fact, in Maryland. For a US senator to have false information and imply that you were in another city and then call you a 'dirtbag' is something that deserves an apology.
Finally watching #ThePitt season 2, and love, love, love how empathetic it is. We need more shows about good people trying to do good things.

Ladies, if he is:
✅ Built like a refrigerator
✅ Living in a waterfront home
✅ Always fishing with the boys
✅ Willing to ghost you for months
✅ Still somehow extremely desirable
He’s not your man, he’s a Fat Bear Week contender.

Glad you’re sorry, but many of us knew from a tragically early age that slapping women is bad. I still don’t understand why you thought it was “gold."
Yesterday, I published a tweet of Arch Manning responding to a question of mine, where he mentioned seeing an AI video of Steve Sarkisian slapping Holly Rowe.
I captioned his response as "gold."
I realized quickly that I had made a mistake and was far too hasty in publishing the video without further context and with an inappropriate caption.
For that, I am deeply sorry.
I originally asked Manning if he had seen any of the TikTok creator edits from the weekend, ones where his celebration is shown over music and fans had taken their own creative spin on a massive win. I hadn't seen the video he was referring to, so in the fast-paced setting of a press conference, I acted far too fast in hitting send on a tweet that I regret.
That's not an excuse. Captioning Manning's response with "gold" trivialized an AI video depicting violence against a colleague, and that is a mistake I deeply regret.
As a young journalist just getting started in this industry, I deeply admire the hard work, time, and dedication Holly Rowe has put in to become one of the best reporters working today. I never meant to disrespect her work, vilify Manning, or spread hatred toward anyone, but intent isn't the same as impact, and I own that.
I sincerely apologize for how I chose to present the tweet, and I'll be more careful going forward, especially when it comes to AI-generated content and how quickly I hit send.
