Dear Parents and Carers,
I am writing to inform you that the school is closed today with immediate effect.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the site currently has no running water. This creates health and safety risks that mean we cannot operate safely for pupils or staff.
We appreciate that this decision will cause inconvenience. It was not taken lightly. The safety and wellbeing of pupils and staff must come first.
We are working closely with the local authority and contractors to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
