Blimey... not even a @virginmedia customer yet and already regretting it. They ring you multiple times a day, but you pick up, and you're in a queue?! Give up on the queue and trying to ring them, then get lost in an IVR nightmare. I get through to someone, and they hang up?

Wow... in my 5 short days of being an @OVOEnergy customer, you need to sort out your phone lines! Massive delay in the call. A 5 or 10 min call turned into a 30min call. #WantMyTimeBack
