@blinds2go I’ve been having issues with one of the blinds I got from you as it keeps falling down. I bought replacement brackets from Amazon but they aren’t compatible. How can I get the correct brackets to try and sort my blind? Thanks

@blinds2go @Blinds2go_Help @Blinds2goHelp I called customer services and was sent three brackets that are still wrong. How do I get the right brackets? I need the ones circled in pic with the hook at the front, next to the spring release button.

@Edinburgh_CC traffic wardens are allowing these guys to use the yellow line at the top of our street as parking without visitor permits or pay and display. Does this mean it’s now a viable space for those paying for a residential parking permit?

@Hermesparcels I sent a parcel back to a retailer on December 21st and they still haven’t received it. I only have an 8 digit tracking number on my receipt but your website is asking for 16 digits. How do I locate this parcel?

@Matalan bought this lamp from you in October last year and I’ve just about spent more on bulbs than I did on the lamp as they go so often. I replaced all 5 two weeks ago and that’s 2 gone again already. Can I get a replacement? Clearly something not right...
