My Aunty received terrible treatment from @AmericanAir yesterday when she was about to take a trip of a lifetime to New York for her 60th Birthday!Her flight was cancelled (no reason given) @British_Airways put on a replacement flight and didn’t put her on it!!Birthday ruined💔
Suspended straight away by @facebook when I was Hacked, tried to disagree,but doesn’t work- CAN’T appeal!Lost almost £200 when they spent it on Facebook ads!Tried numerous ways to reach out/But NOTHING 😭Will lose 15 yrs worth of photos -all whilst on my family holiday- gutted.

This is what happened to my parcel when someone found it in the street - after .@Hermesparcels say they tried to deliver it and I wasn’t home & they will try again tomorrow!Some how I don’t think u will be able to try again tomorrow Hermes? Do you even know you’ve lost it? #awful
It’s absolutely impossible to speak to anyone at @Hermesparcels !! Ridiculous!! My parcel was found in the street having been run over about 20 times!! And it’s showing on the website as we will try and deliver to you again tomorrow!! Hmm you may have a hard job!#evil
