This Sunday we’re raising money for Nurturing Families Tāmaki Makaurau who are on the ground helping the community rebuild after the devastating floods. Featuring a fantastic line-up of local talent. Book now! love-from-welly-a-fundraiser…

Hope you're more comfortable soon. I.... I hesitate to share with you @adamshand's frighteningly accurate Wellington weather calendar, which really should be part of any new residents' welcome packs...

I wasn’t prepared for the wave of emotion that came with receiving the LIANZA President pounamu - very special indeed. It will be a privilege to wear this in the coming year.

Open,Trusted,United This is the great theme of #WLIC2020 @IFLA Auckland, New Zealand. Look how nice logo “Kauae”the moko kauae or blue privilege is a highly respected Tonga/treasure and symbolises culture, knowledge&the treasures held in libraries and information repositories

Remember the 80s & 90s? Alternative bands thrived on student radio & bands made demo cassette tapes in their garages. What’s happened to those demo tapes? Read about our project to digitise & preserve some of them. ow.ly/1Nuk30nfQr4 @AudioCultureNZ @RadioActivefm

Radio New Zealand talking about the “digital first” census and how citizens can participate if they can’t get online- libraries are there to help if you have your code @NZMorningReport xitter.cf/kiwimirla/status/96926…
Public libraries are places where people can get help completing their census. Libraries are there to help people connect and participate in an increasingly online world @NZMorningReport
