THE NUMBERS ARE GETTING RIDICULOUS
Polsia's reported run-rate milestones:
→ $1M after 12 weeks
→ $10M another 10 weeks later
→ $20M just 6 weeks after that
→ Approaching $25M, with $100M ARR as the next ambition
Growth that speeds up at each milestone is worth paying attention to 👀
Now the real question: can Polsia v2 turn that momentum into something sustainable?
🤝 Paid partnership
Polsia is about to hit $25M run rate.
Next stop: $100M ARR.
And things keep accelerating:
$0 → $1M in 12 weeks
$1M → $10M in 10 weeks
$10M → $20M in 6 weeks
I just published one of my favorite and most successful aisloP episodes yet: “The Run Rate.”
I tell the whole story, from idea to $20M, month by month.
The episode ends in Tokyo, where I went a few weeks ago.
Probably the best place on Earth to take a deep breath, get inspired, and rethink what’s possible.
I came back with an even bolder vision for Polsia.
The road from $25M to $100M is going to look very different.
Polsia v2 is coming soon.

Here is how to make getting rid of a partner as expensive as possible:
Step 1: Decide you want them out.
Don't stop to figure out why.
Step 2: Ignore the agreement you both signed.
Surely it doesn't apply to you.
Step 3: Tell them they're out.
No number. No offer.
Step 4: Hire a law firm.
They hire one too.
Step 5: Fight over whether they get anything at all.
Watch the legal bills stack up.
Step 6: Reach the end and find out it all comes down to what their share is worth.
The same conversation you could have had on day one.
Step 7: Congratulations.
What I actually do: ask if they're sure, ask why, then pay fair value for their share.
Know what your partner's share is worth before either of you wants out.

Dear son,
It took me 9 years to learn this, but I’ll teach it to you in 3 minutes:
