I have been receiving calls from the media and therefore feel it is important to clarify my position.
With mixed feelings, I would like to share that I am no longer part of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP).
I will always remain grateful for the opportunities I was given, the wonderful people I met, and the friendships I made along the way.
I learnt a great deal from the party’s leadership and its selfless volunteers. I also learnt just how difficult and demanding politics can be.
I have been inactive for several months, no longer hold any position in the party, and do not represent AAP in any capacity.
I look back on my time with AAP with gratitude and respect.

Sir, very respectfully, please stop repeating such banal nonsense. Not only is it incredibly tone-deaf, given what has unfolded in the capital in the last few days, it is also hurting India's global image. Global thought leaders are linking your penchant for mouthing such inanities to India's intellectual capacity. We are being unfairly judged because of you. So, for our sake, please stop this.
