The @quizfoundation is organizing the second edition of its annual T20 cricket quiz on 31st May, the morning of the IPL final. The quiz is conducted by former IPL analyst & ESPNCricinfo expert Gaurav Sundararaman, Ramesh Natarajan, and Rohit Suresh. This March, the Quiz Foundation of India (QFI) invites you to celebrate International Women’s Day with Purple Riband 2026, a general quiz exclusively for women, set by women! In a world where the quizzing stage is often male-dominated, Purple Riband aims to flip the script. The event features a set curated entirely by a diverse team of female quizmasters: Jayashree, Nirupama, Saranya, and 13-year-old Vanshi, bringing together a unique blend of experience, curiosity, and fresh perspectives. Whether you are a veteran quizzer or a trivia enthusiast, we invite you to team up and join us for an afternoon of intellectual rigor and celebration. Here are the ground rules: Team Details: Maximum of 2 per team. Women only. Registration: ₹200 per person (payable via UPI (use UPI ID: qr.quizfound@sib) or Net Banking) Date and Time: Sunday, March 8th Venue: RA Puram, Chennai P.S.: You're welcome to come in and watch as well, however, the registration fee and Google Form entry is still required. If you're unable to find a team, don't worry! We'll find you teams on the spot! Beyond the competition, this is a chance to network with some of the sharpest minds in the community and support an initiative that highlights female voices in knowledge-sharing spaces.
