My advice to anyone who has recently made life changing money, or hopes to one day.
1. Recognize when youâve won.
Donât become so obsessed with making more that you fail to appreciate what youâve already accomplished. The pursuit of more can turn a life changing win into a never ending game.
2. Donât risk your freedom chasing another win.
Once youâve made life changing money, your priorities should change. You donât need to gamble seven figures in memecoins trying to turn a fortune into a bigger fortune. Protect what youâve built.
3. Stop trying to look rich. Focus on becoming wealthy.
Status symbols are liabilities disguised as success. Put your money into productive assets instead. If you donât know how to invest, keep it simple: diversified index funds, quality individual stocks, and real estate you understand.
4. Enjoy the world without needing to own the most expensive parts of it.
Visit the hyped up cities. Enjoy the luxury experiences. Have fun. But understand that you donât need to live in the most expensive neighborhood or maintain an extravagant lifestyle to prove youâve made it.
Live below your means. Give your money room to grow, and give yourself room to breathe.
5. Know when to walk away.
You donât have to keep trading, chasing the next narrative, or putting your capital at risk just because you made your money in crypto. Thereâs nothing wrong with taking chips off the table and moving into assets that align with your long term goals.
The ultimate goal isnât to die with the biggest portfolio. Itâs to build enough wealth that money no longer dictates how you live.
Donât let the pursuit of more cost you the freedom youâve already earned.

life is so simple man, everything is down to u.
u take a few losses and end up in a nihilistic hole.
suddenly, u get this burning urge that boils inside of u and before u know it, you're back on ur feet and ready to fight back.
no man has ever regretted trying again, and again, and again, instead of quitting entirely. you ain't gonna be the 1st one.
fail so many times, that getting back up stronger and better is just a formality.
a cat that dreams of becoming a lion must lose its appetite for rats.
that's how u achieve greatness.
give urself a little grace for staying in the game, and keep putting in reps despite all hurdles.

to be a good trader, you have to be boring
you cannot chase the dopamine, the buying when it's exciting, clicking buttons at anything that crosses your screen
you have to be disciplined, sit on your hands, let your convictions play out, let opportunities come to you
patience is the most important part of the game, but it's one of the hardest to adopt
in an exciting bull market, there is so much going on, but even with all that high pace, you have to play slow
The great deceiving rather than the great onboarding.

state of onchain cycle where devs are EXTREMELY profitable with close to zero risk, and faster than any normal human
the game of new pair tweets with the tools now is 80-90% solved, and the first window of a coins narrative and volume has become a playing ground of transferring liq from bored traders with money to desperate devs, who will most likely never ever bring liq back into the market, because why would they risk P when they can keep doing what theyre doing?
its become more prevalent than ever to bid and hold âagedâ narratives with longevity, coins that survive the window of pvp
With the current state of the market, this article is perfect timing.
Felt like this since the past few days, and it made me change my perspective towards things.
Key takeaway for me is to not be too hard on the self, mistakes are inevitable and I have to learn how to sit with the discomfort. Trying to escape out of it in haste with a bad mental will just lead to recklessness and negative outcomes.
Good read, thank you for another gem article DJ.
After 5 straight weeks of profit, This week I'm ending at a loss. After countless tries to get break even, I kept slipping to the negatives.
The market has humbled me.
Reminding me that the losses equally come with the wins as well.
Resetting the port, taking a break, and prepare myself for the upcoming week.
We will never get a runner with current conditions.
Daily volume across terminals are down around -70% from a peak of 1.2B$. (source: tehcscreener.com)
Lower volume + Endless vamps on potential runners.
-> Volume gets spread instead of being concentrated.
-> Coin spirals down to zero.
This is not to say that cooks aren't possible anymore, just somewhat harder again.
We just had a taste of what easy mode was for a few weeks.
True easy mode season will come again, Hopefully and eventually.
Patience.
Onchain cool off phase before the next violent mania that will hopefully print the next billion dollar runner.
Hopefully.
$291.8M in trading terminal volume yesterday
still multiples above where we started this cycle, but the recent mania is clearly cooling off
maybe the trenches needed a breather

find a coin -> size in -> realize that there is a pvp -> sell for loss -> buy vamp -> get dumped on -> topblast the coin you sold for loss
