In what universe does Kiriko deserve 250 HP while Brig the MEELE character is still sitting at 250 HP and Moira at 225 being as garbage as she is.
Why Kiriko of all characters??

Mm... Did I fall asleep? I haven't kept you waiting too long, have I? This sofa was just far too comfortable, and before I knew it...
Still, now that I think about it... I did have quite a wonderful dream.
All the little fish came over to play with me, and we swam all through the underwater world together... Hm? You want to know whether you were in it too?
Well, I can't quite remember. But I do vaguely recall some terribly noisy voice calling my name over and over again. Now then, who could that possibly have been?
If you read Sombra's new Kit for literally 1 minute weeks ago and didn't instantly realize she'd become the best Support in the game since Brig & Kiriko you deserve to be Bronze.

This footage is from a custom game where parameters such as Cyberspace's damage debuff can be freely adjusted. In typical gameplay, it reduces outgoing damage by 50%; much less than what is shown here.
