Instead of trying to go after Marshall for what he did, the vet information should be fully public. Why hide it. If the information is so valuable then horseman/owners should be barred from wagering since they are privy to this information that’s deemed valuable.

100% that’s on the apprentice rider. He was never gonna hold that spot and instead of just ceding the position he caused himself to be in a dangerous spot. That happens every race and this rider chose to not cede the position.
