It's hard to believe the current government want those from non-traditional university backgrounds to go to uni. The rhetoric on "mickey mouse degrees" disproportionately impacts universities that have a greater proportion of students from low income households. #excludingthepoor
I wonder if either party will agree to uprate student maintenance loans in line with inflation. The real term cuts the living loans is a real hit to access to those from non-traditional university backgrounds. #ITVdebate
