What if "Plan me a trip to..." was all you had to type?✈️ - Coordinated flights - Curated lodging - Proximal restaurants A detailed itinerary based on learned preferences and high-signal inventory. Personal, business and everything in-between. AI can be a powerful partner!

No. This will not happen. If someone wants to eat at a good restaurant, they will do it.
Sierra Co-Founder @btaylor predicts that within 3-4 years consumers will prefer businesses with AI phone agents over those that rely on traditional call centers. "If I have to call a restaurant to make a reservation, I'm going to a different place. If you don't have OpenTable or Resy, I'm out." "I think we're going to get to the point where people demand an AI because they're not going to want to wait on hold. We're not 100% there and we're just paying down the debt of bad tech that we've had for the past 10 years. But I'm hopeful that in three or four years, this will be the norm." "The problem was we had 10 to 15 years of bots that were really bad. If you were talking to an AI more than three years ago, it sucked. Now you can talk to an AI, and it's conversational, it's multilingual, it has access to systems. The AI agents of today are like the horse and carriage versus a flying car." From his appearance on the show earlier this month.

Hey @GregoryFStewart! Inspired by your recent interview with @patrick_oshag, I wanted to share some thoughts on Ladder. I recently joined Team Cruise Control and am absolutely loving it so far! It's already transformed my habits, mentality and soon personal health. I'm really excited about what's to come. So much so that I have some ideas I wanted to share. Senior Fitness Older adults want AND need to be active. Truthfully, nothing is catered specifically to them in a way that's 1) impactful and 2) exciting. I'd love to see several older (50-65) coaches with plans and focuses that are specifically catered to our aging demographic. Advertise on FB. Partner with a gym network like the YMCA which already has a substantial senior crowd. There's even potential to tap into Medicare Advantage fitness funds (more complex). I think this would be a big hit and make a big impact on health outcomes. Swap Workout Visual As you know already, form and direction are really critical to a productive workout. There's been several times I've tried to switch my workout based on available equipment or ability, but decided not to because I didn't have a Coach Andre visual to follow along with. I know this is likely a media capture problem (he's mentioned needing to film at HQ) more than it is technical, but I wanted to highlight it anyways. I know others feel the same way. Nutrition Simplicity After some trial and error, I'm convinced the AI image calorie calculator is inaccurate. It's been wildly off several times. It might be great for super simple things (ie. ground beef and rice), but that's how Twitter influencers eat. Real plates and meals are substantially harder to analyze that way. Could it be more accurate by taking an ingredient picture with a servings estimation and using the finished product to verify? It's a hard problem, but I know it's more complex than just snapping a picture. Due to this, I've been mostly entering my ingredients manually and portioning them accordingly to get a rough serving calculation. Having to sort through the generic and branded ingredient lists can be frustrating. Too many options. I know some people are potentially concerned about the nutrient/mineral composition of different branded choices, but I'd venture to say that's the minority. This improvement might look like a "standardized" food directory that just has a few choices for certain foods (ie. different ground beef ratios)? I think the standardization of your food ingredient repository would be a huge win and worth the data capture challenge. Hydration Tracker Drink more! More! It's hard to stay on track with water consumption. I really wish Ladder made input (ie. shortcut, one tap button), tracking (ie. progress bar) and reminders easy. It would keep me motivated and data-driven. It would also nudge folks towards better liquid selection (see ya soda!). Maybe it can be gamified in a way that's fun? As you can tell, I'm excited about the potential of Ladder. What do you think?

Reminder. Goooo Devils!
11/4/58 - Despite strong opposition from The University of Arizona, their students, & their supporters, Prop. 200 passed 65.6 - 34.4 (147,488 - 77,410) which would promote Arizona State College to University. #ASU has controlled the football rivalry w/UA since, leading 37-26-1.

A message for tech founders with chronic pain: Please read this.
Starting another cycle of BPC-157 to treat lower back pain that won’t go away with continued physical therapy. Incredibly bullish on the future of peptides.

Life changing thread. If you have chronic symptoms (back pain, IBS, anxiety, POTS, etc), your body isn't broken — your brain and nervous system need to be recalibrated. Give it a try. You have nothing to lose and a lifetime of freedom to gain.
85% of chronic pain isn’t physical—it’s psycho-emotional. They called Dr. John Sarno crazy. Now, cutting edge neuroscience is showing he was right all along. Here’s the truth about the mind-body connection and how it's revolutionizing medicine forever:🧵

new project: cleo (kindle + llm) 📚 cleo is an ios app that pairs whatever book you're reading on kindle with an llm (o3) — ask questions, get recaps/summaries, or listen/discuss (think audiobooks but interactive). the llm has context on exactly where you are + the book contents. best part? no complex setup needed. just link your kindle account and that's it. it just works. reply / rt for testflight invite 👇

Egos are a funny thing. All you’d have to do is say “hey made a mistake, won’t happen again” and it’d clear the news cycle so quickly.
It’s very clear Goldberg oversold what he had. But one thing in particular really stands out. Remember when he was attacking Ratcliffe for blowing the cover for a CIA agent? Turns out Ratcliffe was simply naming his chief of staff.

I used to think this, until I ran a brand. At scale, USA consumers buy based on lowest price and highest convenience nearly 100% of the time People like to say this, but their credit card statements disagree
I'm willing to pay more for quality products if they are made in America, by Americans, who are paid a decent income.

.@GrahamRossini We have to get butts in seats at DFA! By any means possible. The game is happening no matter what, so we’re losing money more than any deal or incentive would create! Some ideas: - Family ticket packages with soda & popcorn included - Kids under 12 free with adult ticket - “Legacy Night” with discounted tickets for multi-generational alumni families - Young alumni single ticket packages w/ catered dinner - More exciting themed nights & collaborations - Student rewards program for inviting guests (verify ticket use) - Limited giveaways with custom gear that has vintage Sparky hoops logo - Raffles for courtside seats, exclusive experiences, etc

This might be the greatest rush I’ve ever captured. I have hundreds of gigabytes of Cam Skattebo footage to look through to confirm that statement. But it’s undoubtedly Skat who holds the title.
