Heartbroken doesn’t cut it. The subway should be safe and free. The NYPD committed a mass shooting over $2.90, now Gregory Depelche is brain dead. We need to lift people out of poverty, not criminalize it. The NYPD put every person on the train in danger. NYC needs care, not cops

Protesters in NYC managed to shake NYPD for long enough to pull off a mass fare evasion at the West 4th street subway stop. Protesters bravely opened the emergency gate for each other despite cops trying to stop them. Cops then began grabbing & attacking protesters in the subway.

A mass shooting is when 4 or more people are shot.
Today, NYPD shot 3 subway riders and also a cop. NYPD committed a mass shooting on the subway, all over one person allegedly using an emergency exit instead of paying $2.90.
This is the NYPD under Eric Adams and Kathy Hochul.
