Meaning 👇🏼: ✅Swing at pitches in the strike zone ❌Don’t miss crushable fastballs ❌Don’t watch good pitches to hit go by ✅Pay attention to pitcher tendencies and adjust to what they do ✅Create a consistent approach that works for you ✅Stay within yourself and don’t try to do too much ❌Don’t dwell on past AB’s ✅Stay in the moment and control your emotions and thoughts Sounds simple… it’s just not that easy!
