As I've often done in the past, I will probably make a long, moderately insightful, mildly self-indulgent thread on the newest New Music Concert I Have Emotions About (@gabrielkahan and @caroshawmusic). You gotta go to Bluesky for it, though. (tl;dr i'm so glad this exists)

Q: Why shouldn't we?
A: Because they're people, you twat.

A: Then mind your own business and let them live their lives.
Q: What's with all these pronouns?
A: Basic part of speech. I use them, you use them. If somebody tells you they use a pronoun you don't expect, think of it like it's part of their name.
Q: But they'll be MAD if I mess up!
A: Apologize, correct yourself, move on. It'll be okay.

This is not frivolous at all. We have (in theory) more access to history than was ever possible before but we don’t utilize it and thus, we lose it. We are having our own history scrubbed and replaced with a fraudulent one. KNOW WHAT CAME BEFORE YOU! PROTECT CULTURE!
