No animal on this planet eats breakfast, lunch and dinner, and the only one told to is the one carrying 100,000 calories to the gym. A male emperor penguin goes 115 days without food, standing on ice at minus 40, with an egg on his feet. A grizzly bear goes six months without food, and gives birth halfway through. A bull elephant seal goes three months without food, on a beach, fighting, and mating, and winning. A sockeye salmon goes the whole river without food, from the day it tastes fresh water to a thousand miles upstream. A Burmese python goes a year without food and comes out of it capable of eating a deer. A wolf goes a fortnight without food, then eats twenty pounds in one sitting, then sleeps. A humpback whale goes four months without food and crosses an ocean on the fat it banked in Alaska. A camel goes a month without food and carries you across a desert while doing it. Not one of them is light-headed. Not one of them has lost its muscle. Not one of them had a flapjack to keep the blood sugar up. Every one of them runs on the same thing: fat, kept on the body, turned into fuel when the food stops, and a brain that switches to ketones the moment the stores run down. You have the same machinery. You have more of it than the penguin. You have been told it is dangerous to skip breakfast.

To be clear, Labor and Liberal have done EXACTLY the same thing to Australia as Macron has done to France. They're just a few years behind. Albanese and Taylor know this. They know it. They just haven't got the faintest clue what to do because it means a terrible truth about the uniparty and the dangerous demographics game it's been playing for decades.

BRAVO👏🔥 UN GRAN EJEMPLO este es el trato que hay que dar al totalitarismo de Von der Leyen 🔥

US "Here is Starlink, a powerful military technology. We'll give it to you for free and block Russia. Just please don't use it to strike Russian mainland targets. They have, you know, nuclear warheads and stuff, thanks". Zelensky: Uses it to strike mainland targets. US "Zel, see above. Also, btw, you may not have noticed, but we have a global oil/energy crisis atm, so can you please, you know, not use Starlink to hit Russian refineries and make things worse, esp with the midterms coming up. Ty". Zelensky, "nah, I think I will, and especially because the midterms are coming up. Go fuck yourself Trump". US, ok let's throttle their mainland access so they can't launch offensive strikes. Zelensky: "Omg I can't understand why the US would possibly do this. The US seems to support the other side."
🇺🇦 Zelenskyy delivers a blunt message to the United States: “Just give us Starlink back. If you refuse, Ukraine will survive. We will continue defending ourselves with or without it. But why would you restrict a country fighting for its survival? Why make it harder for us to defend our people? I simply cannot understand the reasoning behind this decision. It is a mistake.” Ukraine isn’t asking America to fight its war. It’s asking America not to stand in the way of its defense.

Coalition demands Anthony Albanese stand down Anika Wells after FOI records fail to substantiate meetings she cited to justify taxpayer-funded trip Calls have come for Anika Wells to repay the cost of her flight home and be stood down after records from Don Farrell’s office failed to substantiate a meeting she said took place.   ✍🏽ConorBreslin Sarah Henderson has demanded Anthony Albanese stand down Communications Minister Anika Wells after freedom of information records failed to substantiate meetings she cited to justify a taxpayer-funded trip to Adelaide for a friend’s 40th birthday.  Ms Wells spent about $3,700 travelling to Adelaide between June 6 and June 8 last year, defending the trip on the basis that she had official engagements alongside attending the birthday party.  #But records obtained by the opposition showed Don Farrell’s office could not locate text messages, emails, diary entries or other documents confirming a meeting with his chief of staff.

The government has a plan for exactly how a woman my age should eat, and I've failed every single part of it. Just over a third of the plate is supposed to be starchy carbs. Bread, pasta, rice, potatoes. I haven't had a slice of toast in three years. Dairy should be low fat, and the fridge is full of full fat Greek yoghurt, cream and proper butter. Red meat is meant to be kept to 70g a day, which is about the size of a small burger, and my steak would use up most of the week. By rights I should be a complete mess. Exhausted, starving by 11am, raiding the biscuit tin by 3pm and slowly falling apart. Instead I eat, I'm full, and I don't think about food again for hours. No calorie counting, no snacks in the handbag, no mid afternoon crash. Who else has quietly binned the government plate and never looked back?

Why would European countries ruin their own economies in order to fight to the last Ukrainian? - Prof Richard Wolff Prof Wolff believes that they want to cash in on the disintegration of Russia. ➡️ They also want to appear powerful; to restore their global image as colonisers. The EU as powerhouse, as a world power. The opposite will happen. Europe will suffer a hangover for 20 years, which no tablet can cure.

We are caged and monitored @joerogan you are spot on about your assessment. This government led by Albanese has turned Australia into a police state. He can ping anyone for a meme but they completely missed Bondi. The bloke is a disgrace.

The United Nations did not LIFT third world countries up. It dragged first world countries DOWN. That's how socialists achieve 'equity'. They make sure you're all f-d.

$11 MILLION OF YOUR TAXES. NO OPEN COMPETITION. AND THEY THINK AUSTRALIANS ARE STUPID. The Albanese Government reportedly approved an $11 million non-competitive grant to United Muslims of Australia (UMA) for multicultural infrastructure in Sydney. No open competition. Just another enormous allocation of taxpayers' money. And here's what I find interesting. UMA is a religious organisation involved in Islamic education and outreach. That's entirely its right. But why should taxpayers fund its infrastructure without a transparent explanation of the public benefit? Would a struggling sporting club, regional hospital or community organisation receive the same treatment? And with previous multimillion-dollar commitments reportedly involving the same centre, Australians deserve to know exactly what's being funded. Australians aren't stupid. We understand marginal seats. We understand political influence. And we understand how governments use spending commitments to attract electoral support. Personally, I believe this looks far more like firming up seats and buying votes than genuine community investment. Can I prove electoral motives drove this decision? No. But that doesn't mean Australians shouldn't question it. This isn't about religion. It's about accountability. Taxpayers' money should serve the public interest, not political survival. If Albanese believes this $11 million is justified, open the books and show us the evidence. Because Australians are getting tired of politicians treating public money like their personal election war chest. What do you reckon? Genuine community investment or taxpayer-funded vote buying?

If you ask members of Congress to actually help OUR country and pass the SAVE ACT, so we'll have fair elections, they vote NO and laugh in your face. But if you want to see them so mad that they have steam coming out of their ears, just threaten to stop their billion dollar money laundering scam to Ukraine. Watching the past few days, it's never been more obvious that they care 1000x more about Ukraine than the USA. They're all traitors. Every. Last. One. Of. Them.

Men, neida. Vi valgte i stedet en levestandardsforringende lavskala-evighetskrig med potensiale for når som helst å eskalere ut av kontroll til et menneskehetsutslettende atomragnarok. Vi er rett og slett genier!

How is it that our system of government is so broken that nobody can stop this? This takeover of our rights was never taken to a vote. Who gave these organised criminals the mandate to be able to do this? This Totalitarian government needs to be removed! And we need to take a wrecking ball to this whole rotten system and establishment! 👇
This is terrifying. "We cannot afford to let this [Big Brother] Bill go through".

Russia has been cut off from CNN, CBS, ABC Pornhub, Facebook... US is working depriving Russians of McDonalds, Coca-Cola and US fastfood. If they continue with these sanctions and Russian people will probably be the most healthiest, well adjusted, spiritual and well informed people on the planet.

Labor: "We've got an aged care crisis approaching." Labor: "Because of the aged care crisis we need to import literally millions of foreigners." Labor: "Oh shit. There's nowhere for them to live." Labor: "We need aged Australians to 'downsize' aka vacate your nice homes EARLY for these migrants that we brought in to look after you." Labor: "Oh wait. Why is the aged care crisis here early?" Australians: "Because you moved an entire generation out of their homes and into public care early, dumb arses. Also - what's this huge welfare bill for all these 'doctors and nurses'???? Now we've got an aged care crisis AND a welfare crisis AND an NDIS scam AND WE HAVE NOWHERE TO LIVE." Labor: "We can help..." Australians: "STOP HELPING."

“Dolls are fun, but what I want is the power to take a kn^fe to the guts and keep f^^king” Bianca Haven actually said this. A transgender Greens member ***posted disgusting support of p^edofila, inc^st, sexual fantasies involving violence, non-consent, and even Nazis*** YET NO ONE FROM LABOR EVER SPOKE OUT ABOUT THIS Bianca Haven remains a Greens member and said“I have finally won the war on women” yet was chosen to create transphobia policy which, basically eradicates biological women’s rights Haven was censured, although ironically any Greens member who counters Haven’s views runs the risk of expulsion, because transgenders are a protected class within the Greens on the basis of “discrimination”under the transphobia policy - that a supporter of child a^buse, incest, and Nazis helped write This is who the Greens are. Labor enthusiastically embrace them, infact are happy to support and preference them
