We’re excited to share that our Founder & CEO, Dami Odunewu, will be speaking at SGForum on June 25, leading a conversation on bridging generations & shaping the future of work. We look forward to contributing to this important discussion & connecting with leaders in our region.
Gen Z isn’t the future workforce.
Neither are Millennials.
Neither is Gen X.
The future of work belongs to the generations willing to build together.
Excited to speak @ #SGForum on June 25 about mentorship, generational connection, & building a workforce ready for what’s next.

If workforce challenges feel louder in 2026, clarity has to get stronger.
At Purpose Connect, our focus this year is simple but not easy.
This isn’t a year for noise.
It’s a year for alignment, discipline, and outcomes that actually hold.

At Purpose Connect, we’ll keep tracking these updates and sharing what matters most for students and employers.

If each H-1B visa supports 5 additional jobs, what happens when international graduates can’t even reach that stage?
Behind every visa stat is a story: the nurse who can’t start her hospital shift, the engineer whose offer was rescinded, the business grad forced to leave.
