Seriously @qatarairways ? Landed at JRO (QR1499) traveling from SFO through Doha and got a broken suitcase. The agent wants me to show the receipt of the suitcase. Who carries the suitcase receipt when traveling? all I want is a replacement as I cannot travel back with this.

Come on @_qqtari @qatarairlin @qatarairways Some one from Qatar airlines from JRO called me and he was very unprofessional. I clearly told him I don’t need cash but a replacement suitcase and have time till Sep 30th to get one. He is not even interested to have the conversation

Seriously @united ? My daughter’s flight UA1323 for tomorrow got cancelled by United for unexpected operational issue and all you could do is offer refund and she has to shell out double the cost of the original ticket fare to get back home? #unitedAIRLINES

And that too she has to find herself another airlines to get a last minute ticket. So much for the customer support @united and the 2 hours long call (mostly waiting)!!
