अगर ठीक से बाल संरक्षण आयोग सक्रिय हो तो इन्हें इस अपराध की सजा मिलनी चाहिए। आपकी पुलिस वीडियो वायरल करने पर लोगों को गिरफ्तार कर रही है और आप पीड़िता की पहचान उजागर कर रहे हैं।

Very bad news. The Gujarat High Court has reserved its verdict on journalist Ravi Nair's plea challenging his arrest and the non-bailable warrant issued against him in the defamation case filed by Adani Enterprises. The court declined interim relief, noting the matter was heard in full and kept for dictation of the order next Wednesday. This means that Ravi will remain in jail till next Wednesday unless the Supreme Court intervenes. Ravi's advocate Abhik Chimni has said he should not be in jail for even a minute.
