Damit die "Pflegebeauftragten" von Pumba 馃悽 auch die T眉r unseres Fr眉hbeets schlie脽en k枚nnen, habe ich gestern mal eine Fernbedienung gebaut. Insgesamt 4 Stunden Arbeit und 12:30 Stunden darauf warten, das der Drucker endlich fertig wird. 馃槀馃ぃ
Our little dino 馃悽 is awake! Well, at least he is out of the fridge 馃嵕. Waking up will probably take another week. 馃槄

We installed the lamps and the rest of the electronics back into the outdoor enclosure. Another week and then our little turtle will stop his hibernation.
PS: Unfortunately the bracket of the distance sensor is broken. If someone has the possibility to print ABS please write me.

The last little things are done. The sticker has made it to the door, the cover is printed and the magnets are glued in place. The video shows how the magnets hold the cover in its correct place. #raspberrypi #3Ddruck #turtles

Finally, I used the existing wiring of the refrigerator and routed the temperature sensors inside. This means that, unlike the old fridge, there is no need to run a cable through the seal of the door. #RaspberryPi #Electronic #turtles #hibernation
The linear motor is hooked in. The position of the limit switch has been screwed to the correct position with the movable holder. The triggering works reproducibly and reliably. A nice gimmick is the motor's stand holder. #raspberrypi #3ddruck #hibernation #turtle

The linear motor for opening the refrigerator is finished. You can see the mounted limit switch and the cable guides. Now only the front panel is missing and the test, if "gluing instead of screwing" works... #raspberrypi #3Dprinting
