All systems restored again: - Opening new cards is back fully functional! - Every stuck pack got opened and the card got sent to you - Claiming refunds on packs opened on other platforms has been fixed and is fully functional You can get back to pulling back!

Small update on the stuck packs: If you've opened a pack and if it got stuck, the system now opened it automatically for you and sent you the card/watch. Please check your wallet (you can check on collectorcrypt website as well). Opening new cards will be fixed shortly.

Opened a ticket in the Collector Crypt discord and currently in talks with them about the fix.

Did you open the pack before or after you bought pullback?

Still working on the fix, website will restart couple times meanwhile. There is a small bug, Collector Crypt isn't sending the cards so that's why we closed opening packs until it's fixed. Meanwhile you can open cards on Pump App or Jupiter and get refunded (on claims page).

Aware of some packs not opening on collector crypt. Fix is being deployed right now. Website will be restarted now.

Happens very rarely when there is an issue with collector crypt (for example when a gacha is temporarily unavailable). You have been refunded, please check your wallet.

Currently working on adding multiple card openings at once so you can for example open 5 packs at once. It will be pushed in the next 10-15 minutes. Website will restart then.

There is already 8 cards that have been pulled on our website that are worth at least $1000 each. Additionally if you're a holder you can open packs on any platform you want (Pump App, Jupiter or Collector Crypt) and still get refunded if you lose (check the claims page).

Website was just restarted for a quick update. Claiming fees is automatic now and are faster (so that the pool fills faster).
