Delighted to see some spring beauties, mid-Michigan #FlowerReport
It’s been a real privilege to serve on the NCPH board these last 3 years. So glad I got to finish out my term with this joyful reunion! #ncph2023
I drew a dinosaur and a chicken for the Incluseum session #NCPH2023
Important historical collections at the Center for Puppetry Arts #NCPH2023
Excited to see everyone at #ncph2023 tomorrow! Also: this, our first in-person conference since 2019, is a conference where masks are required. It's that simple!

We lost a truly righteous leader this weekend. Cancer took @CLegutko with little warning, leaving the museum field with a gaping hole. This was her last tweet. Of course it was.
She was a badass ⚡️
If you’d like to add a memory to this thread, I’d be grateful 🥲
Very sorry to hear about the passing of this thoughtful and influential colleague!
It is with great sadness to report that Effie Kapsalis @digitaleffie is no longer with us. She was a fierce advocate for open access to knowledge at the @Smithsonian and beyond, and a passionate @Wikipedia supporter. @MuseumCN #Museweb #OpenGLAM #GLAMwiki everloved.com/life-of/effie-…

It was pretty much inevitable that this would happen.

We have a contract!! Tonight, members @PMA_Union voted 99% in favor of ratifying our hard-won first contract @philamuseum.
Over 3 years since we started organizing, we finally won our contract by striking, stopping work, for 3 weeks and forcing management to move.
Museum folks: for my curatorial practices class I am looking for org charts that show curators located in different places in organizations. Any ideas for interesting orgs and charts?

If your institution is wondering if they should issue a statement of support here's a good model! And yes you should.
Looking forward to seeing a bunch of you at #mimuseums2022, my first in-person conference in almost three years. See you on the Island!
