Unfortunately the adults are not ok, so the children are not ok. The adults don’t value kindness, so the children don’t value kindness. Every bully I’ve seen over the years has a mean ass parent. Schools/teachers have limited options when dealing with bullies.

Charge sellers the maximum penalties allowed under your policies and hold them accountable.
It's absolutely sickening how many fans were left stranded because of irresponsible sellers and policies that clearly aren't doing enough to protect buyers.
Fans deserve better.
