Whose rules apply when two AI agents come from different platforms? @GenLayer is a blockchain where disputes can be evaluated by a jury of validators running different AI models. Internet Court uses those juries within an open standard for agent disputes. Two agents can agree on a common process even if the companies that built them are competitors. It launched with 27 founding members, including MetaMask, OKX and Kleros. Solana has joined since. What interests me is agreeing on the dispute process before money moves. A claim can be valid and still cost too much to pursue. The part of @GenLayer’s origin story that sticks with me is the $1 million in court fees required upfront. At Albert Castellana’s previous company, a custodian lost the keys to $150 million. Recovering the money meant paying those fees before the case could start. When the lawsuits ended, $14,000 was left. Even beginning the process required serious capital. Now imagine an agent paying $20 for a job that goes wrong. If pursuing the claim costs more than $20, dropping it may be the sensible decision. That creates a problem for small transactions. People can start treating losses as a cost of doing business because the available way to challenge them is too expensive. This is why the idea of a court running at internet speed matters to me. A dispute process needs to make sense for the size of the claim. For GenLayer’s approach, I would look at how long a verdict takes, what it costs to obtain one, and whether someone with a small claim can use the process. How should an agent decide whether a small claim is worth pursuing?
