Natural accumulation.
A 71-year-old woman sued the Fred Meyer supermarket chain for $36 million after slipping and falling on a puddle in the store.
Amen. Each day I am working on the jacked (me) and how I can make my boys thrive. I feel like I'm 20 again.
"When you arise in the morning, think of what a precious privilege it is to be alive—to breathe, to think, to enjoy, to love."

But yes, bone tired. Id have it no other way. Let's fucking go.
My input on the attorney and lawyer thing is that both get to wear the cool graduation hat.
That's why I went to law school. Not the flat one, but the circle one. And mine has stripes. Not sure about those.
I just won my 3rd substantive motion of the year thanks to Claude. Its unstoppable now. my associate cross checks the cites. but even Claude now says, I can't find a third cross cite for Palzgraf, and REDS IT OUT! Its not if anymore, its when. I am done writing briefs from scratch.
Game changer.
I know an associate in Biglaw who is a top 5 power user of AI at his firm. He’s not just making AI slop, he checks everything that the AI produces and verifies the all citations with actual sources, even though AI gets it correct most of the time these days.
Recently he’s been told by his partner that, he’s “over confident”, that he’s working too fast and that he needs to check his work more, even though the partner could not pick out substantive issues in his drafts.
I told him it’s likely code for: you’re running up a bunch of tokens and costing the firm while affecting my top line since I could normally bill the client twice for this work.
As such, he is now forced to take longer on his work with little substantive impact on the work product while the client gets his bills multiplied.
That’s probably part of the reason why despite the billions that have been invested in legal AI for Biglaw, there is barely any productivity increase and clients don’t see their bills go down by one cent.
To help this, I created a free mental health app. It's called Phoenix. I've also started a non-profit with the sole goal of reducing male suicide.
Phoenix is live on iPhone and Android: a free, free, free private app for that moment before a bad or not so good moment. Breathe. Check in. Call a brother instead of carrying it alone. My favorite is The Void, where what you need to say out loud disappears. If you know a man who needs this, don’t explain it. Just send the link. Download it yourself :)
(AVFC fans saved my life in 2018. I am beaming that 5 downloads have been in UK).
Just remember you are never alone. We are here for you. Always. ❤️❤️

LETS GO BOYS. European nights at Villa Park #UTV
Me and who? :)
People who are highly aware become unsociable. Crowds drain them. Noise overwhelms them. Small talk feels like work. They chill different. A cozy room. Two people they trust. Good food. Music. Conversations that actually mean something. That’s where they feel alive. Depth over noise. Because for them... peace feels like home.
Good Luck all. For those running their first, and those running their 9th. ❤️❤️

I have zero concern about Villa. The cooking I saw yesterday. Give it time.
Coming together. Coming together. #AVFC
