Gurugram Police released Dhruv Rathee from custody late last night after he gave an undertaking that he will not participate in any further protest.
The law has been complied with as legally, a person cannot be kept in custody for more than 24 hours.
If Dhruv Rathee attempts to go to Jantar Mantar, the police may take him into custody again.

Went to a wedding at a Gurudwara and noticed something I’d never seen growing up: a bench running along the back and side walls for those who couldn’t sit cross-legged - and it was packed!
My mind went back to childhood, when chairs inside a Gurudwara were almost unthinkable. Young and old, everyone somehow sat cross-legged on the floor.
It made me wonder: are we ageing differently, or are we slowly losing the very ordinary ability to sit comfortably on the floor?
