I’ve written about perhaps the most absurd Russiagate yet: Andy Burnham’s claim that Russia was behind Brexit. For the past decade, the British establishment — and Labour in particular — has been trying to neuter and, ideally, reverse Brexit. Under Andy Burnham, the project has acquired unprecedented momentum. In his first conference speech as Labour leader a few weeks ago, Burnham became the first prime minister to open the door to rejoining the European Union. On Monday, he told the Commons it would be a “dereliction of duty” to turn down a closer relationship with Brussels. It is in this context that Burnham’s latest Brexit “bombshell” needs to be read. Speaking on Rory Stewart’s and Alastair Campbell’s podcast, The Rest Is Politics, Burnham claimed to have “clear” evidence that Russia interfered in the 2016 referendum — implying that Moscow had successfully tilted the vote towards Leave — while offering no details, let alone evidence. If anything is clear here, it is Burnham’s goal: to delegitimise the referendum result once and for all, and so pave the way for its reversal. And what better pretext than the Russian bogeyman? This fits a wider pattern. Since the 2016 Russiagate hoax, it has become standard practice among Western elites, especially in Europe, to blame every unwelcome election result — and above all every “populist” rebuke to their rule — on Russian “disinformation” and “interference”. The campaign has escalated dramatically since 2022. We are told that Russia has for years been running a vast influence operation aimed at manipulating helpless European voters, yet the evidence is scant or non-existent. The consequences, however, are not. In the EU, the permanent spectre of the Russian threat is being used to justify a rolling assault on democratic norms, from online censorship to the repression of dissent and interference in national elections. It is hardly surprising, then, that Burnham, Europhile that he is, should borrow a page — or rather a chapter — from the Brussels playbook. As is customary with sweeping claims against Russia, he offered no evidence. His statement was nonetheless amplified across the mainstream media, an allegation hardening into “fact” through sheer repetition. Indeed, pro-EU groups have duly called for Britain to rejoin in light of the “revelation”. But the reality is that over the years several investigations have looked at the issue of Russian interference in the Brexit referendum — and found nothing. It is of course possible that Burnham has been shown damning evidence buried for a decade. But how likely is that? Or is it more likely that he, like his European peers, is playing fast and loose with the facts — otherwise known as disinformation — for political gain? That he chose to make the claim on Alastair Campbell’s podcast, of all places, is itself a red flag. In September 2002, as Tony Blair sought to build support for war with Iraq, Downing Street published a dossier on Saddam Hussein’s weapons of mass destruction. Citing a senior source, the BBC’s Andrew Gilligan later reported that Campbell, then Blair’s director of communications, had “sexed up” the dossier to frighten the public into backing the war. Its most notorious claim, repeated four times, was that Iraq could deploy WMDs within 45 minutes — wording that implied Britain or British forces were 45 minutes from attack, which is exactly how much of the press reported it. The intelligence in fact referred to battlefield munitions. Gilligan’s source turned out to be the weapons expert David Kelly, who died in disputed circumstances in July 2003 after being exposed. Burnham, it is worth recalling, voted for that war — one built on claims that could easily have been disproved at the time, and indeed were by many — and defended his vote for years afterwards. Given that record, some scepticism is in order, especially since his latest claim is, so far, equally unsupported. Read the article here: unherd.com/2026/10/why-rejoi…

AGAIN, WESTERN DIPLOMATS, POLITICIANS MISLEAD THE WORLD OVER A HONG KONG TRIAL Western journalists and politicians are pushing out reports that two Hong Kong people have been found “guilty of incitement of subversion for commemorating the Tiananmen Square massacre”. Except… that were NOT found guilty of that. The trial wasn't about that. Here’s what really happened. Three people were arrested for conspiracy to overthrow the government by incitement to subversion. One pleaded guilty. The other two were found guilty on Friday. . PRETTY SMART Now Hong Kong judges are pretty smart, and realized the case would be misreported. So they released a 216-page document describing what the trial was actually about, and was it was NOT about. It said the trial was NOT about June 4 vigils or acts of remembrance. This trial was NOT about freedom of expression or assembly. This trial was NOT about human rights. This trial was NOT about suppression of anything. The trial was about one thing only. One of the trio pleaded guilty to incitement to subversion to overthrow the government. Did the evidence show the other two were also guilty? That’s all. . TWISTING THE TALE Of course, western journalists and diplomats did their usual thing. They didn’t attend the trial nor did they read the judgment. They just ignored the facts, and said: - It’s about vigils and acts of remembrance, innit? [clip] - It’s about freedom of expression and assembly, innit? [clip] - It’s about human rights, innit? [clip] - It’s about suppression, innit? [clip] (Sorry, that’s my attempt to do a London accent!) So Western journalists and diplomats are lying to the world – as usual. . ARE HONG KONG COURTS FAIR? Some reporters say anti-China campaigners cannot win in the Hong Kong courts—to which I reply that that’s not true—a Hong Kong court ruled in favor of one of these same defendants in a 2022 trial. And to US reporters who say Hong Kong has turned lawless—I’ll just point out that Hong Kong scores HIGHER on global legal rankings than the United States does. . THAT ALL-IMPORTANT CONTEXT Meanwhile, what do you get for trying to overthrow the UK government? The maximum sentence is life imprisonment. What about trying to overthrow the US government? 20 years, or life imprisonment or the death penalty for treason if a foreign enemy is involved. Trying to overthrow the Indian government is considered: an offense against the state, and the punishment is imprisonment for life, or they just put you to death. I could go on, but you get the point. The west is always trying to demonize the east. Let’s not be fooled. Stay open-minded. Peace.

Evil Russia, innocent NATO. Pity the 'shock therapy' didn't work in the 1990s and it took Putin to pull Russia off the floor. Every brainless 'intervention' the US military machine has made since Korea has been a murderous disaster costing millions of lives. Yet each time they go straight into denial. The sooner the multipolar world gets into shape and restrains these imbeciles the better.

"Humans are a warring species." This is stated as if it settles something. It doesn't. Humans are also a cooperating species. Humans built irrigation systems that required coordinated labor across generations. They developed writing to maintain complex trade relationships. They created legal codes, religious institutions, diplomatic protocols, all technologies for managing conflict without violence. The anthropological record does not show a species defined by war. It shows a species capable of war and cooperation in roughly equal measure, with the balance determined by specific material and political conditions rather than fixed biological destiny. More precisely: the periods of most intense human violence correlate strongly with specific conditions, resource scarcity, state formation, colonial expansion, ideological competition between organized powers. These are not expressions of human nature. They are expressions of specific social arrangements. Calling humans a "warring species" does more than describe violence. It turns violence into destiny. It says: this is what we are, therefore this is what we must be, therefore the people trying to build something different are naive, therefore the people who accept the killing as inevitable are the realists. That conclusion, that acceptance of violence is sophistication and resistance to it is naivety, serves specific interests. It always has.

No they did not die for their country. The Iranians are dying for their country. The Americans are dying for Israel, for the military-industrial complex, and for imperialist agendas of planetary hegemony. This isn't worthy of praise, it's worthy of anger and outrage.

With the carnage of the war on Iran, the world has forgotten what US-UK-EU-backed Israel did to Gaza. Survivors of the genocide live in a hellscape of rubble and ash, which looks like the aftermath of a nuclear war… And the world looks away.
Col. Lawrence Wilkerson: ‘The world has FORGOTTEN about the Palestinians. That’s fundamentally EVIL. Israel is leading the way in bringing back 20th Century horrors.’ ‘Everyone has forgotten about the Palestinians, and that's what the Israelis want and that's what Donald Trump wants. That's what we want, apparently, as an administration. We do not want anybody to remember the Palestinians as they disappear into that dark night underground under rubble, to be soon turned into whatever it is Jared Kushner and his boys have planned for them. But we've all forgotten about that. And that is fundamentally evil that we have done that. This is not the equivalent of Hitler's Holocaust, but it's very close. And if it keeps on at the present rate, and it really is 250,000–300,000 Palestinians under that rubble, and I think Ralph Nader's right about that. I think it is. This could match anything that's happened in the last century…the things that have happened that were so heinous that we thought we had left behind and built a body of law and rules to negate its coming back. It’s coming back with a vengeance, and Israel's leading the way.’ —Col. Lawrence Wilkerson, former Chief of Staff at the US State Department Watch the full interview in the quoted post below👇

Can we just… drop the facade of morality here for a minute and speak candidly? Iran is RIGHT for striking vessels in the Strait of Hormuz. I said it, I don’t care if you like it. You’re lying to yourself if you want to act like it’s wrong. The United States launched a war of aggression against a sovereign country, and this is an obvious and long-identified defense maneuver meant to create asymmetric downside against an overwhelmingly more powerful military adversary. “Ohhhh but it’s wronggg. What about international lawwwww” Last I checked, slaughtering 120 schoolchildren in Minab is against international law. Last I checked, launching a war of aggression against a sovereign nation like we see here is against international law. Last I checked, bombing water storage and infrastructure facilities is against international law… … last I checked, the United States killed three Indian sailors in the Strait of Hormuz by attacking a civilian vessel. “Ohhhhh but maritime lawwww. UNCLOS” Y’all check on Cuba lately? The last delivery of oil to Matanzas was the Anatoly Kolodkin in MARCH. The United States is the SOLE reason the Universal couldn’t deliver in May. They have blackouts for 22 hours a day. Their hospitals can’t function. You can whine all you want about morals and ethics, but maybe take a second to realize how stupid you sound doing it.

Annie Machon, a former MI5 intelligence officer explains how Israel bombed their own embassy in London in 1994 to frame Palestinian activists as terrorists. Israel has a long history of staging false flag attacks to get Western states to do their bidding.
CMSGT. Dennis Fritz: ‘An Israeli assassination attempt on Donald Trump to frame Iran would be the BIGGEST FALSE FLAG in history.’ ‘Trump is the first President that I know of that has been vocal, not privately, but vocal against Bibi Netanyahu and Israel as a whole, that includes J.D. Vance. That's an embarrassment to Bibi Netanyahu. He has just as big an ego as Donald Trump. And so when you talk about Israel or Mossad trying to assassinate President Trump…I think that could be the biggest false flag, if you will. Recently you just had Trump saying that he was number one on the hit list of Iran... So wouldn't it be something if all of a sudden now that Trump has said that, hey, he's the number one hit for Iran in regards to assassination, and an assassination attempt is made? That could be the biggest false flag there, and then guess what? Blame it on Iran.’ Watch the full interview in the quoted post below👇
