a lot of the time, we get stuck because of the pile of unfinished work from the past
the funny part is that much of it isn't even that hard
we just keep carrying it mentally, and it creates unnecessary stress that slows down everything else
so this week, my goal is to clear the backlog
then I can focus fully on my upcoming product launch
Stripe acquiring OpenRouter for ~$7.5B is a huge signal
everyone is focused on building better AI models
but maybe the bigger opportunity is building the infrastructure that sits between models and users
- routing
- cost optimization
- speed
- reliability
- choosing the right model
- at the right cost
- with the right latency
- for the right task
the real opportunity is building the infrastructure around AI
here is the framework I'm going to follow while building my startup
1: learn marketing fundamentals
2: apply each lessons to your product
3: launch product before over polishing
4: get your first 5 paying customer and learn from each one
5: improve product based on user feedback and data not guesses
6: review progress every month and adjust the plan
7: double down on what works, drop what doesn't
8: learn continuously but prioritize the knowledge that solve your current bottleneck
9: stay consistent with this process and evaluate everything with evidence
my goal is to get better everyday
