🌟 Talent Announcement 🌟 Welcome @natistreams to the NOT family! 🫶 Nati is a UK-based FPS queen who is both talented at Apex Legends AND yapping with chat - at the same time!! Regardless of what she is doing, she will bring her postive and bubbly personality to it all 🥹💛

for the 3rd year in a row, we are super excited to announce yet another NOT party on sunday during the TwitchCon weekend! this time we are teaming up with the amazing people over at creators.gg!! ✨ you can expect good vibes, drinks, food, creators and brands. bring your friends, moderators, and community members - the main party is open to all 💛 new this year: we are adding a private networking mixer between 19:00-22:00!! this is for creators, brands, agencies and platforms who want to have those business conversations in a calm setting, without having to ditch their friends (they can hang out in the main room!) there are only 150 networking spots that requires a separate ticket 🫡 we will review and approve those tickets closer to the event to make sure there is a good ratio of creators to brands! also, we heard you on the feedback so this year there will be no DJ, just a cool playlist (open for suggestions) put at a low volume! we were personally thinking about the lord of the rings soundtrack … lmk if there are any objections…. excited to see you guys again!!! 💛 RSVP here: luma.com/8ps6wcae

the results are in!! the NOT a CREATOR WORKSHOP… was a HUGE success!! 💛 the general idea for the workshop was to offer something fun but educational for creators. something that was directly tailored to the specifically - down to an almost individual level. thanks to red bull, twitch, tiktok, archetype and eufymake who made the event experience a great one! but the BIGGEST THANKS EVER of course goes to all the creators who attended our event 💛 you attendance is never taken for granted, and your feedback matters more than anything!! we appreciate you so much and these events are hosted FOR YOU!! 💛 here’s to (hopefully) many more events like this!! ☀️ 📸 photos by: @Vexanie 🫶

NOT TURNS 3!! 🥳💛 Here are some words from our CEO, founder and girlboss @NotTonje; ”Three years ago, I started No Ordinary Talent Management with a very simple belief: creators deserve to be managed, not just sold. Not just help with sponsorships, but support in building real CAREERS. Over the last three years, we’ve grown, learned, and adapted alongside the industry. And if there’s one thing this space teaches you quickly, it’s that standing still isn’t an option. You have to evolve. That’s exactly what we’ve done. During 2025, we launched MAYBE Management, a non-exclusive roster for creators who want support, guidance, and representation when they need it, without committing to full-time management. The roster includes creators from micro to mega - all sizes are welcome 🫶🏻 We also launched NOTES, our editorial service, after seeing how many creators struggled with disappearing freelancers or unreliable editing support. Creators at a certain level need reliable production help, so we built a system with genuinely skilled editors who can step in when it matters and help build consistency in posting and editing. Along the way, we also realized something else: the influencer marketing space needed people who actually understand how content works on these platforms. As current and former creators ourselves, we know what works online. When we build campaigns, they’re designed for the platforms they live on. From that came NOT Influenced, our own influencer marketing service! None of this would have been possible without the people who trusted us 🥹💛 To our creators, brands, partners, and collaborators. Thank you for letting us experiment, learn, and grow!! 🫶🏻 ✨ This industry moves fast, and a huge part of doing this job well is being willing to explore new ideas and build better systems along the way. Three years in, and I genuinely feel like we’re just getting started! I’m incredibly excited to see what we build together moving forward 💛💛”
