Let’s not talk about stable electricity, the quality of air I breathe here, the infrastructure, and all round quality of life.

In 9ja, You'll apply for school ID card in 100 level and You'll have to keep disturbing them so you can get it on time in 300 level. You'll leave Nigeria and your ID card would be printed in front of you in less than 2 mins, the day ypu arrive. ID card that gives you access to the library and used to mark attendance. You even use it to get discount on the bus and some malls and restaurants. 9ja school ID cards have zero benefit, yet takes forever to print. Shameful!
