Il n’y a rien d’aussi BEAU au monde. Aucun chef-d’œuvre de Léonard de Vinci, d’Antoine de Saint-Exupéry ou de Banksy ne me procure une telle jubilation. C’est du chaos urbain à l’état pur, du surréalisme, du Jacques Tati en pleine insurrection parisienne ! La Panthère rose qui défie le monde, les deux majeurs levés vers le ciel, avant de détaler devant un canon à eau… On atteint là un niveau de beauté existentielle absolument vertigineux. Cette façon d’opposer l’absurde à la violence, de faire surgir le rire au milieu du chaos, me redonne foi en l’humanité. Je pourrais mourir maintenant, en riant aux éclats.

This guy utterly dismantles the populist politics of Reform and Restore in 90 seconds. It’s actually quite beautiful.
Take decades of deep-rooted problems in Britain and convince people that a relatively tiny proportion of the population is responsible for all of them. Housing, the NHS, crime. Blame illegal migrants for everything.
Suddenly, you don’t need credible solutions to the housing crisis, NHS waiting lists or crime. You just need increasingly extreme policies on immigration.
And by the time people realise you never had meaningful answers to the vast majority of Britain’s problems, you’re already in power, handing out tax cuts to your donors.
It’s quite bloody easy to confirm if a passport is genuine or not

Prince was asked to do a solo on a cover of While My Guitar Gently Weeps and he showed up to the rehearsal and barely played anything. Didn’t have any solo ready at all and didn’t play one. They asked what he was going to play and he just said “Don’t worry about it.”
Then, on the night of the performance he just looms out of the shadows and plays this. The way he pivots off that F# root note into Dorian mode is so good. Massively underrated guitarist.
