Radiant regen is just ruining the game. Nerf lifesteal in jungle and then introduce radiant into the game, good one. Half the new heroes are reliant on radiant. Most problematic heroes are problematic because radiant makes them borderline unkillable for free.

Yamato gets 30% bullet and spirit res 60% if max ult, 60% cd reduction, heal on kill, and built in unstoppable... Silver gets 15% bullet and spirit res (only if u put a point into ult) and gets to move a bit faster...
