Manufacture a problem. Justify a solution.
After the Lindsay Clancy mistrial, Massachusetts is expanding home checks for every new baby. Gov. Maura Healey: “Everybody in the state, when you have a baby, you’re going to have a home visit… an opportunity for a healthcare provider to make an assessment.” Just 11 days after the jury deadlocked in the Lindsay Clancy case. The state is putting $2 million behind Welcome Family so a nurse can come to your house in the first weeks after birth to check on mom and baby, and screen for postpartum mental health.

The purpose of life is to LIVE. John 10:10
Yesterday I watched “Soul” to remind myself that maybe the purpose of life isn’t always finding some big purpose. It’s simply being present enough to enjoy being alive.

My granny is 72 today and when she was 60 she decided she wanted to start climbing trees for her birthday in order to motivate her to keep her health in order She works out with a personal trainer 2x a week just to be able to do this So here she is at 72 climbing a tree, like she insists on doing every year to keep herself young 💀

This is why so much of the "I need to see what else is out there" discourse is pure avoidance. You are dating the same women over and over, at the same level of development, they just look and maybe act different superficially. There is as much or more to explore in pursuing depth with a woman, because your own subtle layers only get revealed under the friction of encountering hers.
You will date the same woman in different bodies until you discover what she is showing you. Then you can date someone else.

You could have fun and meet the love of yo life but you too busy being angry at life.
We met at a New Impressionz gogo march during Covid. Haven’t spent more than a week apart since. Got married in Paris. Two amazing boys and countless memories made in just 6 years… that started from a random follow from jokes on Twitter.

when I was going through a really bad breakup in college I went home to my parents’ house and basically just cried in bed for days at a certain point my dad came into my room and was like okay get dressed we’re getting out of the house and this man proceeded to take me on a SIX MILE WALK lol we literally just walked and talked for 6 miles I remember that day fundamentally changing something in my brain after that I started walking 3-4 miles almost every day, usually without headphones and weirdly enough, that period of my life became one of my most creatively expansive I started making small tik tok vlogs, collages, writing on twitter I had some of my biggest creative breakthroughs opportunities started showing up that eventually led me to meeting my mentor looking back I think I was learning how to move energy through my body instead of just sitting inside of it grief and sadness are insanely energetically charged emotions I didn’t need to intellectualize every feeling or spend hours trying to figure out WHY I felt the way I did I literally just needed to walk no headphones, no distraction, no destination just letting my body carry all of that energy somewhere until my mind had enough space to make something new out of it
to clear blockages in your life you have to be in motion. movement facilitates change & growth. movements that clear blocks: action, exercise, completing tasks, learning, healing, routine, embodiment, emotional experiencing, neuroplasticity, cleansing, repetition.
