🌱 Small Conversation -Beautiful Lesson in Karma ❤️ During Vichar-Vimarsh at GSFC University, I shared a simple thought: Let us encourage one another, learn from one another, and celebrate each other’s contributions. We are not just colleagues; we are a teaching fraternity and family. After the session, a young man who had come to repair an air conditioner approached me. He had overheard my words and asked: “Sir, why do sincere people and those who merely try to please the boss sometimes receive the same recognition and promotion?” His question touched my heart. I smiled and said, “Never lose heart. Keep working sincerely and honestly. Your efforts are never wasted. Recognition may take time but never let others’ ways change your values.” His smile was perhaps the most meaningful takeaway of my day. 🙏 🌿 Three simple lessons for life: 💚 Work sincerely, even when nobody is watching. 🤝 Appreciate others wholeheartedly, beyond personal likes and differences. 🌱 Never lose heart.
