We raised $40M, led by @sequoia and @a16z. The first wave of "AI for home services" was a pile of point solutions. More logins, more bills, more handoffs that broke on a customer's worst day. At Probook, we built the opposite. One system, built around dispatch, because dispatch is where a home services business actually lives or dies. The proof is in the outcomes we’ve already driven for customers: ➡️Summers Plumbing booked 2,542 jobs their first month, fully automated ➡️Anthony PHCE: +20% revenue per job, 50% leaner team ➡️Del-Air: Doubled productivity from 10 to 22 techs per dispatcher. 15k calls/month. We're just getting started.

The founding team spent summers in the truck, taken calls, dispatched at shops across the country. And we haven't lost that dedication — getting into the details with operators, their teams, their workflows, in their offices where the real work happens. Fortune told our founding story and why we build for the trades. Help us build the next chapter. Story link in comments.

Probook handled 16,000 inbound calls for Del-Air in May and resolved 74% without a human. Del-Air went from 22 dispatchers to 10 and automated about 90% of their dispatching. That took a team that learned their dispatch board and built around how their operation actually runs.
This past May, Probook handled 16,000 of Del-Air's inbound calls and resolved 74% of them without a human stepping in. Del-Air runs an 8-location HVAC, electrical, and plumbing operation with 220+ technicians across Florida. Coordinating that volume is hard — it stretched their team thin, from the phones to the dispatch board. Within three months, they centralized dispatch across all eight locations, from 22 dispatchers down to 10, more than doubling the technicians each dispatcher supports. Today about 90% of their dispatching happens automatically.

Probook, a New York–based AI dispatching platform for home services operators, has raised a $34 million Series A led by Andreessen Horowitz and Sequoia Capital, bringing its total funding to $40 million. Founded by CEO George Eliadis alongside CTO Lewis Zhang and co-founder Ben Cervantez, the company builds software that uses historical shop data to match the right technician to the right job in real time, then expands into intake, customer messaging, and outbound workflows to unify the full customer experience and improve operator margins. FUN FACT: Probook was built by people who grew up in the trades. CEO George Eliadis spent six summers pressure washing in a truck in upstate New York with his dad, then spent a summer working inside TR Miller - a $40M HVAC/plumbing/electrical shop in Illinois that became Probook’s first customer. Co-founder Ben grew up plumbing alongside his dad in San Francisco. FOUNDERS: George Eliadi, Lewis Zhang & Ben Cervantez INVESTORS: Andreessen Horowitz & Sequoia Capital ROUND: Series A AMOUNT: $34,000,000 HQ: New York #VentureCapital #Probook #TradedPartner #GeorgeEliadi #TradedVC

Logos on a website don’t mean much. Renewals and expansions do. Helmi and the Guaranteed Service team have been with us for years and recently doubled down. These are the reviews we strive for.

Every few weeks another report says the trades are short half a million workers. The takeaway everyone hears: hire more. The takeaway almost nobody hears: get more out of the leads you already paid for. Internal ops are fully yours to control.
