The Tesla Roadster is utterly inspiring. Praise the Lord for the gift that Elon Musk is to humanity.

Any company seeing these words from Elon Musk should immediately poop their pants and get their act together. The man is a virtuoso in revolutionizing a space. This is your warning, Amazon.
Maybe we should start a competitor to Amazon 🤔

You don’t despise CNN enough. They see themselves as the gatekeepers of what you GET to hear. If they don’t like where the message is going, they won’t even let the person finish their argument. They have to frame the narrative so you—the people they consider to be NPCs—will download that information to your neural network and be trained by it.
🔥 THEY TOLD YOU IT WAS A “CONSPIRACY THEORY.” Now CNN is sweating on live TV. Vivek just dragged the January 6 narrative into the light — and Abby Phillip could not bury it. Peaceful protesters. Rubber bullets. Explosives. Then the doors open. FBI still won’t say how many undercovers were in that crowd. Same playbook as the Whitmer plot. Same pattern. Same silence. If they can manufacture an “insurrection” to destroy their opponents… they can do anything. Once you see it, you cannot unsee it. This was never a theory. It was the evidence they hoped you’d never watch. 👁️🔥

“Tesla Autopilot collision avoidance fails to avoid wreck with commercial transport vehicle. Millions in damages ensue.” (How the mainstream media would cover this)
Mainstream media: multiple Tesla vehicles crash into an Amazon cargo plane.

I'm building an app using @bot, and holding the Alt/Option key while hovering the mouse over certain UI elements is a critical part of the workflow. The problem is that Grok Bot currently can't hold a modifier key while moving the mouse, so my QA bot can't test this feature. From what the bot reports, the desktop click API doesn't support key modifiers (holding a key down during mouse movement).

I tried to teach @bot how to do this by using the Teach a Task button, but the option modifier (I'm on macOS) doesn't work for me, either :(

New bug on X for iOS: X’s new “Post added to your bookmarks” toast is much more responsive than it used to be, and the bookmark folder dialog was improved last week, but paging is now broken—only the first n bookmark folders load, and scrolling to the bottom doesn’t load the next i bookmark folders, so you can’t see most of your bookmark folders when choosing where to put that bookmark. @nikitabier

Issue is fixed on iOS now but still exists on web @X (has existed on web for a long time)

If user input is error, how often do you think FSD users switch speed profiles too avoid speeding tickets compared to how often they would change their max speed control? I would bet the “error” is huge with the current paradigm.
Replying to @DavidMoss
Max speed control is an anti pattern. We are working on better learning of user’s implied preferences.

By this logic: - Seat position control is an anti pattern. - Climate temperate control is an anti pattern. - Music volume control is an anti pattern. - Steering wheel angle and position control is an anti pattern. The truth: Removing the ability to make important choices is an anti pattern.

Why is the Tiktok algorithm so amazingly effective at getting the right content in front of so many viewers even on a completely new account, but on X without a large following, no matter what the post is, it feels like there is a shadow ban in place?

X really needs to add a Grok button when you’re scrolling through videos. @X

I love Tesla FSD. It’s phenomenal. But not being able to set a max speed is such a liability and pain point when using speed profiles. For example, on Interstate 264 in Virginia, the speed limit is 55 mph. Selecting Chill goes 57 mph (too slow for traffic), and Standard goes 70 mph (faster than traffic, and gonna get a ticket). Why can’t we select a top speed offset per speed profile? I literally can’t relax when using FSD on interstates. It’s either A) too slow or B) gonna get a ticket. @aelluswamy

Why does Tesla offer Full Self-Driving and Premium Connectivity as two separate subscriptions? In my opinion, if you’re already paying $99/month for FSD, Premium Connectivity should be automatically included. It just makes sense. While we’re talking improvements, Tesla should also add a $999 annual FSD subscription option, plus a 50% discount for any additional vehicles on the same account. What do you think? Should these be bundled, and would an annual plan with multi-car pricing make you more likely to subscribe?

Rivian CEO RJ Scaringe in new interview: "Later this year, we'll have full supervised point-to-point, which will be very similar to @Tesla's FSD. That will roll out to all of our Gen 2 vehicles and, of course, R2. Next year, we'll allow it to go unsupervised, so you can take your eyes off the road. The next step is achieving full capability for the vehicle to drive itself with no one in the car. We've been developing that for a while for our personal vehicles, but we also see it unlocking new business models, robotaxi being one of them. We took the decision to parter with Uber so we could focus on the tech and leverage them for their access to a big distribution channel. They're really a category of one. There's no one quite at their scale or reach." Full interview: youtube.com/watch?v=wP61dCtO…

Elon - My hope was to help align everyone's vision for SpaceX making life multi-planetary by releasing this interview right after the IPO on Friday. We tried incredibly hard to finish the set build last month but the space suits took longer than expected to get right. I know this week is likely the most jammed you will ever be and it would kill me if we can't make this happen. With that in mind, I'm prepared to greenlight whatever spend is required to keep the set up until you're able to make it. Just need a date. Lmk Ti
Set is ready @ElonMusk We built it 25min from downtown Austin and can shoot anytime in the next 7 days on 1h notice. Humanity is on the verge of becoming a multi-planet species and spacefaring civilization. My goal with this interview is to help people viscerally feel what that future is going to look like and get everyone excited to help build it.

It’s very clear @POTUS isn’t prioritizing Americans’ financial situations, which is why we’re going to get clobbered in the midterms.

Agreed. Since FSD and Optimus will share the same chipset and operational paradigm, this makes sense. I want to teach my Tesla to back into a specific spot in front of my garage.
Feature request for FSD. I want to be able to put my car into “learning mode” where I can make a voice note of what I want it to do and then do a demonstration and it learns it. Backing into the center of my garage is a great example. It always likes to pull into the garage vs backing in. Am I crazy or would people actually like this?
