1/2 @agile_phil Can you clarify something please? With new IOG, if someone gets 6 hours of EV charge during the day (but needs more), will they still get 6 hours of 7p rate charging between 23:30 and 05:30 (so potentially 12 hours)?

2/2 What about if they get use a 6 hour smart slot(s) between 17:00 & 23:30, still need more and do a Bump Charge at 23:31? Will the bump be at the normal 7p rate until 05:30?

@EE Hi, I just signed up today to Full Works iPhone SIM Plan & requested an eSIM. I’ve just been told by a tech agent that I now have to wait for that eSIM to arrive in the post, which will be a QR code. I specifically asked for eSIM, not postal SIM. Is he telling me the truth??

2, I can’t believe that a new customer in 2025, has to wait for a QR code to be printed out and then sent via a physical postal service. I asked him to confirm as I felt he wasn’t sure himself, but he was adamant I’d have to wait.

@BritishGas Hi, you “failed” my Mum’s boiler at her last annual service in July (she has a service cover plan). But I want to know why it was passed as ok the year before, as nothing has changed (failure was a vent issue). I understand that the regulations have not changed.
