Israeli President Isaac Herzog apologized on Saturday to Washington Post photojournalist Heidi Levine after she was injured in an attack by Israeli settlers in the West Bank the previous day, after Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu questioned her account.
Netanyahu cast doubt on reports of the incident, saying footage did not establish responsibility and that "serious accusations require serious evidence"
