Every day is a blessing. I could have fallen asleep forever after a failure and never been able to prove to them that they were wrong and that I'm the best 🙏🙏
every day you open your eyes is a new opportunity to give it your all to achieve your goals. as long as you’re still healthy, it’s not too late, so stop feeling sorry for yourself
ppl think that by acting nonchalant or aloof, they come across as cool and impressive, but nothing fascinates me or makes me admire someone more than a kind and warm-hearted person
you feel like you’re talking to the most generous and kind man in the world, and then suddenly you see him talking to your coworker as if she’s worthless… bruh you’re not supposed to be selectively kind ; either you are or you aren’t…
Most men are generally super kind and considerate only toward women they find attractive or good looking. That’s why, when a woman is kind to them, they interpret it as romantic interest. Women are actually much less superficial and opportunistic than we’re led to believe…
People are different, so our optimal conditions are. The result is what matters most. Like do you just want to work as hard as (or harder than) the other person, or do you want to achieve the same positive (or better) result as they did ?
For ex, if ur friend goes to the gym 5x/week and you decide to go 7/7 just bc you want to tell everyone that you go more often, that’s not as cool as you think. She could probably do that too but just doesn’t feel like it and has decided to spend that time doing something else…
Putting in a lot of effort into certain difficult tasks isn't necessarily worth it. Going to extremes can cause you to fall behind others because you're stubbornly focusing all your energy on something pointless while they're moving forward…
Set goals, plan the steps or actions needed to achieve them, try them out, and then critically evaluate the steps if they don’t work.
If you don’t have a goal, even if you take a billion actions, you won’t be able to recognize the result. A life of exhaustion without fulfillment.
You can't get closer to ur goals bc u don't really have any. Losing weight blindly for the sake of losing w. Putting cream on ur face like everyone else does without knowing why. These aren't goals, they're actions. How can u stay motivated to do sth that doesn't lead anywhere…
when i say that i get up at 5 a.m. so i have time to do my beauty routine, make healthy breakfast, go to the gym before heading to work, pp tell me, “i don’t know how u do it bc i couldn’t” that motivates me to keep going bc if everyone could do it, it wouldn’t be as satisfying
I'm not interested in romantic relationships, and I have no goals in modeling. Stop telling me that other people don't care about my weight or what ppl like. That has nothing to do with me, i've just decided to live my life as a skinny, beautiful woman
Sometimes i’m at the library studying, and just the thought of getting my butt out of the chair to go eat wears me out… I do it just so i can study effectively, but that's it…
I eat to stay alive and have energy, but honestly, on a day-to-day basis, eating is just a chore ? 😭 It’s only fun when you have time to spare to try out new recipes or when you eat out with friends, but the rest of the time it’s just one more task to get through…
My whole life revolves around discipline, with the goal of becoming the best version of myself. I suffer and hate myself when I fall short of my goals. But the mere thought of losing my parents or seeing my family suffer physically terrifies me far more than my own suffering…
